Cancellation Policies:

FLEXIBLE RATE: Cancellation will be free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date and up to 48 hours prior to arrival 50% will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 48 hours before arrival or if the client does not show up on the scheduled date, the cancellation fee will be 100%.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: these rates do not admit cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, you will not receive credit or reimbursement of the full stay.

Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS or CONDITIONS of the Pre-Reservation and On-line Reservation services (hereinafter, and indistinctly, the Pre-Reservation and On-line Reservation services, or the services) of Nalu Hotel, with registered office in Valencia, Calle de la Sangre nº 9. The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals and / or entities that for any reason access www.naluvalencia.com or use the services.

The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity, of  every one of the General Terms and / or Conditions -which will be considered automatically incorporated into the contract that is signed with Nalu Valencia, without being necessary its written transcription in the same – collected in the latest updated version of these General Terms and / or Conditions.

Offers are not cumulative with other promotions, packages, negotiated / qualified rate plans or bonus offers, and are not valid for group bookings.

USE OF ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES

Full payment must be made in advance at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount budgeted for the entire booked stay.

Reservations will be made in the hotel’s local currency indicated.

Rates shown are per room and per night. Unless otherwise stated, rates include taxes but exclude tips and incidentals.

MINORS POLICY

Minors under 18 years of age must stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. Hotel staff may require the pertinent documentation that identifies adults as their parents / guardians or authorized persons.

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Check-out time is established at 11am; Additional charges will be made for delays in the established check-out time. (Charge 50% of the cost of the room)

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CHECK-IN PROCESS

The Check-in schedule is established at 2:00 p.m. If the arrival is not made until 10pm and a delay notice is not registered for the conservation of the reservation, it will be cancelled in its entirety, leaving the room released WITHOUT the possibility of reimbursement.

Force Majeure Covid

In the event of a COVID-19 circumstance or positive variants, the reservation will be suspended, giving the possibility of rescheduling dates. Nalu reserves the right to establish availability of dates.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NALU VALENCIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF THE SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO THE USER, THEREFORE IT EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND / OR DAMAGES THAT MAY BE DUE TO THE NON-AVAILABLE, RELIABILITY OR CONTINUED WEB PAGE ITS SERVICES, ALTHOUGH IT WILL ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE, TO THE EXTENT OF ITS POSSIBILITIES, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AFFECTED PERSON, AS WELL AS TO ATTEMPT TO IMMEDIATELY RESTORE THE INTERRUPTION, MAKING THEIR DISPOSAL, TO THE EXTENT OF THEIR POSSIBILITIES, ALTERNATIVE MEANS.

NALU VALENCIA IS NOT OBLIGATED TO CONTROL AND DOES NOT CONTROL IN PRIORITY, THE ABSENCE OF VIRUSES OR ELEMENTS IN THE CONTENTS, WHICH MAY PRODUCE ALTERATIONS IN THE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OF THE USERS OR PERSONS WHO VISIT THE PAGES, SO IT WILL NOT RESPOND TO THEM. DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THEM.

IF NALU VALENCIA, DESPITE ACTING WITH THE DUE FORECAST AND DILIGENCE, IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE HIRED ROOMS FOR REASONS THAT ARE NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THEM AND IF THERE IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES UNDER THE AGREED CONDITIONS, NALU VALENCIA WILL OFFER THE USER THE POSSIBILITY OF THE TOTAL REFUND OF THE PAYMENT OR FOR ITS REPLACEMENT BY ANOTHER OF SIMILAR CHARACTERISTICS IN REGARD TO CATEGORY OR QUALITY. IF THE SERVICE RESULTS OF A LOWER CATEGORY OR QUALITY FROM THE SUBSTITUTION, NALU VALENCIA WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY ASPECT OF THE NEW ALTERNATIVE, THEY SHOULD LET IT KNOW TO THE ESTABLISHMENT MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY AND GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION FROM THE BEGINNING. THE USER ALSO ACCEPTS THAT NOTICE IN ADVANCE OF SITUATION CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DERIVATIVE OR RELATED DAMAGES DUE TO THIS SITUATION, AS IT HAS NO CONTROL OVER SITUATION. IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES A SATISFACTORY ALTERNATIVE, IT WILL BE AT HIS OWN AND RISK.
